The rental agreement signature & credit card used must be in the same name. The ID number can be redacted from the copy uploaded as long as name & address are clearly visible.

Low and High Seasons:
50% deposit to reserve; balance due 31 days before arrival
Cancellations:
-Full refund (less $100 cancellation fee OR less 5% of total amount paid up that point, whichever is higher) for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival date.
-50% refund of full rental cost for cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before arrival date.
-No refund for cancellations 30 days or less before arrival date.
Peak Season (December/New Year’s holidays):
50% deposit to reserve; balance due 62 days before arrival
