Kris & Terry, Condo A1: “Pudlin Place”
Kris and Terry have been coming to San Pedro for over 25 years. They first came just for diving, but over the years fell in love with San Pedro – the sea and especially its people. Kris, Terry & Pudlin are pictured here on the porch of Pudlin Place, aka Condo A1, their winter home. While you will now see Fabee instead of Pudlin, they all love the peaceful Sunset Beach location and hope that you enjoy the area as much as they do!

Chris & Traci, Condo A6
Meet Chris and Traci of Houston, Texas, the excited/proud owners of A6 as of July 2021! “The whole family, including our wonderful kids Jenna and Bryce and Kaley, loves the outdoors and we spend a lot of time on or near the water. When we first visited Belize in 2016, we immediately fell in love with the people, beautiful scenery, delicious food and wide variety of activities…Ambergris Caye gives us a true balance of life we love and need. During a visit in 2017, we stayed at Sunset Beach Resort and realized the Resort was a perfect complement to all the other wonderful things about the island. We plan to visit Belize two or three times a year and will eventually spend longer periods of time there after retirement. We are so excited to create new and lasting memories with family and friends, as memories are a way of holding on to the things we love, the things we are, and the things we never want to lose.” 

Vicki & Charles, Condo B1
When Vicki & Charles first came to Belize in February 2005, they fell in love with the people & the island. Ten days after they returned home from that trip, they booked their next visit to San Pedro. Their Sunset Beach condo was purchased that same year! They have busy lives in Wilmington, NC, and come to Belize to relax 2-3 times a year. When asked what they do in Belize, their reply is: “Nothing!!” It’s the perfect place for it!

Mike & Jamie, Condo B2
Mike and Jamie love to travel, scuba dive, entertain, and spend time with friends and family. They plan at least one dive trip each year to a new location, visit wine country frequently, and travel with a group of friends to a different MLB Ballpark each year in the quest to see them all. They live in St. Paul, Minnesota, and have always planned to retire to the Caribbean. Over the years, they have found a few favorites, but San Pedro was always on top of the list. They look forward to visiting at least a couple of times a year and eventually plan to spend most of their time here in retirement. If you stay in B2, they hope you enjoy it as much as they do!

Diana & Dan, Condo C2: “Cast-Away”
Diana and Dan hail from beautiful Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada. There is no better place to live or visit from June through October; winter is a different story. They knew they wanted a sunny destination for a winter escape. Having checked out many Caribbean destinations, Cast-Away (C2) at Sunset Beach was their final choice. Relax on their spacious deck, cool off in the pool, catch a bonefish off the beach, enjoy snorkel or dive trips, or simply chill in a hammock. You will agree they got it right!

Chris & Brooke, Condo C3
Chris is an avid golfer and loves to fish; Brooke is a scuba diver, loves anything to do with real estate and of course wine :). They have busy lives in the Pacific Northwest but hope to travel to Belize a few times a year moving forward. Their very active children keep them on their toes and LOVE the water. “We are still pinching ourselves when we think about owning a place in Belize….I blame it on turning the big 40 during the COVID crisis. I was going stir crazy and started researching the best places to travel, the best places to dive/snorkel, the safest places to travel with kids and of course warm weather etc… and Belize kept popping up. We purchased this amazing home site unseen in a country we had never visited. After we got the opportunity to see it in person, it was better than we had imagined–the views, the cleanliness, the layout, everything was perfect! We love the spacious veranda overlooking the ocean, napping in the hammocks, cooling off in the pool, best snorkeling ever and the amazing fishing. We are still in awe that you can see the largest living barrier reef from our new home!!”
