Ground floor Condo B1, also known as “Carolina Blue”, has a great porch with a swing that just beckons you to sit in it and contemplate the fabulous view. You’ll have plenty of space in this 1830 square foot condo.

When you first arrive at Sunset Beach, you’ll likely enter through the condo’s road side door. The principal bedroom with king sized bed and en suite bath will be on your right, another bedroom with queen bed on your left. After that another full bath will be on your left followed by the third bedroom with twin beds (which can be made in to a king on request) on your right.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with small dishwasher (the only rental condo at the resort to have one) and mahogany bar & stools, is to your left with the spacious dining area just after that. The living area is on the left with plenty of comfortable seating, including two futons should you need an extra bed or two!

From here you can step through the door to the large porch outside, decorated with conch shells and with a double swing and other furniture to relax on while enjoying the fabulous view of the beach and the sea.
