The open plan kitchen/living area with dining alcove is perfect for socializing, preparing meals & dining! There is a smart TV in the living area & another TV in the principal bedroom. Miramar Villas are located in a quiet beachfront area south of town with a couple of restaurants & other businesses within walking distance. Miramar condo amenities can be seen here. Note there is no elevator in the building.
