Miramar Villas is a gorgeous seafront 10 unit complex 2.5 miles south of San Pedro’s town core. From every condo you’ll enjoy a fabulous view out to the Barrier Reef, plus there is a pool and a pier with a “palapa”. See highlight video below!

There are two & three bedroom condos available for short-term rental; all have great amenities such as full kitchens, wifi, phone, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and tiled floors throughout. The largest condo accommodates up to 10 guests but if you have a larger group, consider renting multiple units!

Villa 1: ground floor with two queens plus futon
Villa 4: second floor with queen & two twins
Villa 5: third floor with two queens plus sofa bed
Villa 6: third floor with two queens plus sofa bed

Two bedroom/two bath in northern building:
Villa 9: third floor with a king & two twins, plus air mattress

Three bedroom/2.5 baths in northern building:
Villa 8: second floor with a king, a queen, two sets of bunks (each with queen on bottom, single on top), plus two futons

Neighborhood features include a couple of restaurants, a mini-mart, and a tour operator all within steps of your condo.
